General terms and conditions of sales
 

Deposit
Bookings are only considered firm if they are accompanied by a deposit, deductible at the end of the stay, representing 30% of the total for a stay of over 3 days and 50% of the total for a stay under 3 days.

Cancellation
The total amount of the deposit will be kept if the cancellation arrives less than 21 days before the arrival date.

Shortened stay
In the event of a stay cut short and the impossibility of reselling the room, the initial amount for the stay will be invoiced in its entirety, with no possibility of reimbursement.

Arrival time
All booked rooms are kept until 6pm. Please inform us of a late arrival.

Departure: the rooms must be vacated by 12pm midday.

Arrival: the rooms are ready for arrival after 3pm.

Half-board: our half-board tariffs are a full package of dinner, bed and breakfast.
