At La Mainaz, we are proud of our local region and we show it! Even better, we live it out on a daily basis by shining the spotlight on its produce and producers. It was only natural for the Chef to turn to these men and women who know their land and whose passion and know-how infuse their cheeses, meats, fruit and vegetables! Lake fish, wild trout, Bleu de Gex, Tomme and Comté cheese, etc. give rise to tasty, flavoursome and subtle dishes!

For a perfect wine and food pairing, we have called on the talents of Bruno Bozzer, "meilleur caviste de France" 2014. Before receiving this honour, Bruno trained as a sommelier in Touraine – where his grandfather owned vines – and then learnt the ropes alongside top names – with Guy Martin at Le Château de Divonne, and with Marc Veyrat for ten years… In collaboration with our Sommelier, we have entrusted the creation of our Wine list to this wine enthusiast and expert in grape varieties and wine-growing regions.
La Table de La Mainaz is open to hotel residents and passing guests.
